Cancellation Policy

By completing a booking, the person booking confirms that they and every participant included accept this policy and waiver. A parent or legal guardian accepts it for any participant under 18. AGE AND SUPERVISION Participants must be aged 10 or over. Anyone aged 10 to 17 may participate only when accompanied and supervised by their parent or legal guardian, who must be aged 18 or over and accept this waiver for them. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS All bookings are final. We do not accept cancellations or changes, or provide refunds for non-attendance, late arrival, illness or any other customer reason. Arriving over 10 minutes late may forfeit the booking without a refund. If Rage Cage UK cancels, you will be offered a new date or refund. Legal rights are unaffected. SAFETY AND CONDUCT You must attend the safety briefing, follow staff instructions, wear all required protective equipment and use only approved tools and items. Closed-toe footwear is required. Threatening behaviour, intoxication, horseplay, endangerment, misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions may result in removal without a refund. HEALTH You confirm that you are fit to participate and are not impaired by alcohol, drugs or another substance. Tell staff about any injury, pregnancy, disability, medical condition or medication affecting safety. Stop and tell staff if you feel unwell or unsafe. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY Rage Cage activities involve striking, smashing and handling breakable objects. Risks include cuts, bruises, debris, noise, muscle or joint injury, slips, falls, property damage, serious injury and, in exceptional circumstances, death. You understand and voluntarily accept the inherent risks of participating. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rage Cage UK is not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by inherent risks, your actions, your breach of these rules, or another participant's actions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this waiver excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by Rage Cage UK's negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. PROPERTY AND EMERGENCIES Belongings are brought at your own risk. You may be charged for deliberate or reckless damage outside the activity. You authorise reasonable first aid and contact with emergency services if required. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
